Hotel small and homely and extremely friendly and helpfull. Rooms large and very clean. Nice pool area. Buffet breakfast not a huge range but very nice food. Would certainly stay again on our next trip.
Loved the setting, simple design but very effective. Great garden and lovely setting. Rooms adequate. Good value for money. Staff very good and helpful.
Hotel is open and not too big; good location; nice pool with a lot of toys (balls, tyres...); bikes (also for children) for rent
I don't think there's anything negative to say about Rimping Village. I was warmly welcomed at the gate. The rooms were full, so I was offered complimentary breakfast, and I was also allowed to take a shower. A staff showed me a map and explained how I could get around places, suggesting tourist attractions and means of transportation. Every morning I was greeted by smiling faces everywhere. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The room was great. I would return to Rimping if ever I visit Chiang Mai again.
Rimping village is a very nice hotel, the staf is perfect, from the reception till the guy who picks up the leaves (all day long!). Close to the night market (10 min) and to get to the old city, best to take a tuk tuk (50, 60b). The reception will call one for you. (Same price than when you get one on the street). Very nice breakfast, different each day. The Rimping deluxe rooms are very nice and spacious. Would defenitely stay there again. (We stayed there fot 8 nights and were sorry to leave)
The hotel staff is just fantastic, will always try 110% to help you.
This was the second time for me at Rimping Village and I found the same friendly approach and the same high quality I had noticed before. Good breakfast, nice pool, very clean and staff professionaland kind.
The staff were amazing, I have never stayed at a hotel where I have been treated so well, the staff bend over backwards to help you with anything you need and they all became friends. The room was beautiful, very clean, free wifi, there are bicycles out the front of the hotel where you can take and go off and cycle around the city on your own adventure was also a highlight. I would highly recommend to everyone and I am definately going back again.
Could not fault it, it was superb.
Friendly reception staff and very helpful clean room very comfortable
Excellent breakfast and hotel staff. Hotel is a short walk away from local restaurants and the night Market.
Other hotels should learn from this hotel. I enjoyed my stay. This is one of the best places I stayed in. It's walking distance to the center and give you free bikes if you need. Nice facilities and friendly staff.
it was a nice hotel very friendly stuff they are like family, we enjoyed there
The facilities were in top shape - nothing overlooked - and the staff were very helpful. It is a bit more expensive than some other places around but definately worth the extra.
Cannot find anything to complain about.
The staff was amazing, and their English was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was friendly and had great suggestions/advice for us. The accommodations were beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was awesome!
From the minute we arrived at Rimping Village the staff were very friendly and very very efficient.Nothing was too much trouble. The design of the place is beautiful and we had a lovely second level room which was quiet and had its own balcony. The bathroom was lovely. We loved the swimming pool which is large and salt water (no chlorine) very clean and surrounded by a lovely garden. It was a perfect temperature. They also supply bicycles free of charge. It is only a ten minute walk to the night market and a safe and easy walk any time of day and night. We also discovered Fah Lanna massage on way to the market which was excellent. You cross the Ping River to get to the market. Each day when we returned the staff were ready to greet us with our key and asked how our day was...they are just great. The breakfast choice is fresh and sufficient with a lovely touch of the fruit presented as hearts or butterflies. Not essential but nice all the same. We loved staying at Rimping Village..nothing was ever too much trouble and they were helpful with any tours and information. We also received a map of Chiang mai and some highlights pointed out to us upon arrival. Thank you Rimping Village especially the wonderful staff.
